Australian Waterproofing Consultants (part of Infracorr Consulting) are seeking motivated civil/structural or environmental engineering students in Victoria looking to embark on a career in consulting in 2027.

Your Career at Australian Waterproofing Consultants

As a graduate engineer at Australian Waterproofing Consultants, you will hit the ground running working across various sites and projects. This will include:

  • Gaining practical experience conducting on-site field works, including investigation and testing of existing structures, as well as supervision of construction/remediation projects;

  • Technical communication including report writing, to communicate outcomes of site works such as condition assessment investigations and remedial options analysis with key stakeholders; and

  • Design responsibilities including materials selection, technical specification writing, and preparation of for-construction drawings and details.

You will be supported on your journey by our team of experienced consultants and engineers from across our Melbourne and Sydney offices, providing you the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge from a range of mentors. As you gain experience and your career develops, there is significant opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the business including project management, technical leadership, business development, commercial management, and people management roles and responsibilities.

About You

We are looking for applicants who:

  • Are in their final year of study and able to commence in February 2027 (early commencement in late 2026 may be possible);

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Enjoy problem solving and possess an aptitude for innovation;

  • Have a strong technical focus and a high attention to detail; and
